Release Demo (0.4) Patch Notes

Introducing the demo release!

New Features:

• A super cool title screen
• Fade in/out from black when transitioning to scenes
• A code can now be entered into the safe to unlock it
• Added first pass of high quality lighting
• Fireplace emits light when it is lit
• Added procedural skybox with animated sunset
• Added trees outside window
• Revised content of multiple notes

Bugs fixed:

• Fireplace particle FX can now be seen in full-screen windows

Known issues:

• Clicking on a note while it is open will play the open SFX again
• Lights will occasionally flicker in peripheral vision of the camera
• Some objects are not casting shadows
• The picture frame falls through the floor
• The chair will not stop spinning and can fall through the world
• Several SFX have not yet been added
• As the sun sets, streams of light can be seen through various edges of the room
• The camera can clip through walls if you walk into them

There are still several areas to be polished and the game is not yet optimized. I hope to make an additional patch update with bug fixes and more polish!
